This is the vision for your business and your life. What you have to do. Personal development and growth has to happen. This may take time and training.
You have to become the person you need to become to attract customers and the team that will follow you. You need to learn to lead. You have to get YOURSELF ready.
#2 PERSONAL BRANDING & TARGET MARKETING STRATEGY.
Develop your personal brand that will attract your target market. WHO ARE YOU?, WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR? and WHO DO YOU SERVE? You have to be clear on your Brand. Why should somebody do business with you? You have to be crystal clear on that answer! Because if your don’t know why people should do business with you, what do you think they are thinking?
If you are not 100% confident on why other people should do business with you, then they are going to have no idea of why they should do business with you either. That’s why you are having difficulty with conversations, why you are having difficulty with people showing up for your webinars and training. People are not going to take you seriously or take action on your suggestions or your call to action.
# 3 MONETIZATION STRATEGY
Making money. This is not a hobby, this is a business. We actually want to make money with the business we are going to build here. You must have an intelligent monetization strategy. Now when you start to come on line, especially if you are coming from the network marketing industry, there is not a lot of discussion about monetization strategy. You might think that I signed up with this great company, so now I am going to make money because look at all the money these amazing leaders have made and this is all I need. That is fine if you are going to do it the traditional way. But once you discover and see the potential of what you can accomplish when you start to build your brand, build an audience and you have the opportunity to impact literally 10’s of thousands of people, you will open your eyes to a much bigger picture and a much bigger vision. You will see that there are so many ways you will be able to monetize that audience you are growing.
#4 CONTENT MARKETING
Content marketing is King. Content marketing is a critical factor in every single step of the online sales process. Content marketing is about you being able to create valuable, engaging content. Whether that is in the form of videos, blog posts, social media updates—FB, Instagram. FB Lives. Content marketing is one of those pillars that we must have in our business. We do a lot of training on content marketing in the back office because it is such a critical component and is one of the six pillars you absolutely need to build a successful business.
#5 FOLLOW UP AND ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY
The money is in the follow up. This is where we are able to develop a relationship with our audience, with our prospects, with our leads, with our customers. We know that business is a relationship business. I was told that I couldn’t build a network marketing business on line because it is a relationship business. Well that was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. That clearly showed me that person had no concept of what online marketing was about. Online marketing is all about building relationships. You can only be successful online if you understand relationship marketing. Have people engage with you and they can only do that if there is a relationship there. If there is trust, likeability and authority.
Once we have all five of the critical pillars established, then we can add the 6th pillar which is Traffic. Visitors, generating leads. You must have the first 5 Pillars in place before you start bringing in traffic, otherwise you will not have people stay with you long enough to see what you have to offer.
